You have 30 days from the date of receipt to thoroughly evaluate the Clarius scanner. If you are not satisfied with the Clarius scanner within this period, you can request a refund provided you pay for shipping of the scanner back to Clarius. After this 30 day period, purchased scanners cannot be returned.

We have designed Clarius scanners to be easy-to-use out of the box. However, on occasion, orientation may help new users learn how a Clarius scanner best fits into their workflow. Thus, prior to returning a scanner, we require all customers to go through a complimentary online in-service product orientation with Clarius clinical staff.
If, after this in-service, you still want to return the Clarius scanner, please contact Clarius Support for instructions and a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when received by you. It must also be in the original packaging. Clarius will not refund or exchange any product that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to Clarius’ error. To process the return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
