Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to evaluate your Clarius scanner. If you’re not fully satisfied within this period, you may choose to exchange it for a different model or request a refund, with the return shipping costs covered by you. After 30 days, scanners are no longer eligible for return.
For scanners purchased through a distributor, please contact them directly to inquire about their specific return policies.
Our Clarius scanners are designed to be user-friendly right out of the box. However, we understand that orientation can help users incorporate the device more effectively into their workflow. Before initiating a return, all customers are required to participate in a complimentary online orientation session with Clarius clinical staff.
If you still wish to return your scanner following this session, please reach out to Clarius Support for return instructions and a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when received and in its original packaging. Clarius cannot process returns or exchanges for products that are damaged or missing parts due to customer handling. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required for all returns. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
In cases where you seek to return or exchange the scanner outside of the 30-day window, returns will only be accepted at Clarius Support's discretion and may incur a restocking fee.
