Registering
Clarius uses a single user account to begin using its services, which include the Clarius App and Clarius Cloud.
Registration for a Clarius account can be done through:

Once registered and your account is confirmed through email, use of Clarius' services can commence.
Clarius App Sign-In Requirements and Usage Notes
- The Clarius App requires a connection to a normal, password protected Wi-Fi connection, or access to the cellular network, to sign in to the Clarius App only. This connection is not required to perform ultrasound scans wirelessly. Please consider this prior to any use of the scanner outside of traditional network infrastructure.
- A user is only required to sign back into the Clarius App once every 90 days by default.
- If you receive a message asking to Please Update Cloud Certificates to Continue, the App is asking you to sign out of the Clarius App, and then sign back in, as it has been 90 days since the last sign in.
- If your clinical workflow/travel destination will remove you from traditional secured Wi-Fi or Cellular infrastructure for greater than 90 days, please contact Support, who will be happy to provide an extension.
- The Clarius App will never sign out a currently logged in user. A user must manually sign out of the Clarius App themselves.
- Updating or uninstalling/reinstalling the Clarius App may require a user to sign in, which requires access to a traditional password protected wireless network or access to the cellular network, as above.
Deleting an Account
As Clarius ultrasound scanners require an account to operate, and as users who use Clarius Cloud may store patient health information (PHI) including images, movies, and other data, deleting a Clarius account should be done with diligence so that PHI can be properly accessed in accordance with local laws and regulatory requirements.
For these reasons, Clarius offers its users the ability to remove accounts and other information by contacting the Clarius support team and making a formal request for deletion.
