Upon launching the Clarius App from your mobile device, if you are not already signed into the Clarius App, you may be prompted to Create an Account, or to Sign In with your email and password.
Note: If you were sent this article by support, please only follow the instructions you were given.
For example: if you were asked to sign out and then sign in again, there is no need to create a new account.
Create a New Clarius Account
To create a new Clarius account, ensure you are on the Create Account screen. This is accessible under the Sign In button by tapping on the underlined link for Create Account | |

Once registered, a user may log in to the Clarius Cloud Portal at Cloud.Clarius.com to modify their user settings and update their user profile. |
Sign In to the Clarius App
Sign into the Clarius App with the email and password combination that was used when your Clarius Account was created. Tap the Sign In button to sign in with these credentials. If you no longer remember your password, you may tap on the Forgot Password? link at the bottom of the screen. A password reset link will be sent to the specified email address.Please verify that the forgot password message does was not routed to any Spam or Junk folders for the email address in question. |
Sign Out of the Clarius App
From the Patient Demographics screen, look to the top left hand corner of the Clarius App. Tap the Main Menu icon, depicted as an icon of three horizontal lines. |

At the top of the Main Menu, you will be able to see which user/email address is currently logged into the Clarius App. Select Sign Out at the bottom of the Main Menu options. |

If prompted to confirm, select Yes | |
You will return to the Sign In screen, where you may sign in with your chosen credentials |
