Note: Clarius Cloud access is available with the Clarius Membership and Clarius legacy devices
The option to disable sending exams to the Clarius Cloud can be initiated by the administrator of the account via the Cloud institution settings. It will affect all the users within the institution and they will not be able to manually send any exams to the Clarius Cloud until it is re-established again.
Note: You must be an administrator to make these changes.
- Sign in to Clarius Cloud.
- Click on My Institution to go to your desired institution. If you are in more than one institution, you may switch to a different institution. Click on Settings in the institution menu.
- Go to the Policies tab and under Storage, deselect Upload Exams to Clarius Cloud. Click Save.
- After logging back in the App, when the user is finished scanning in the app, the Send to Clarius Cloud will be disabled and cannot be selected.
