Disabling sending to the Clarius Cloud will affect all the users within your institution and they will not be able to manually send any exams to the Clarius Cloud until it is re-enabled.
Note: You must be an admin to make these changes.
- Sign in to Clarius Cloud.
- Click on My Institution to go to your most recently viewed institution. If you are in more than one institution, you may need to switch to a different institution. Click on Settings in the institution menu.
- Go to the Policies tab and under Storage, deselect Upload Exams to Clarius Cloud. Click Save.
- Now when the user is finished scanning in the app, the Send to Clarius Cloud is disabled and cannot be selected.
