If your scanner is not performing as it should, you can help Clarius by submitting user logs. This will help us determine the root cause of the issue. User logs do not contain any personal information about the user or the patient.
How to Submit Logs
- Make sure you are connected to the internet (not the scanner's Wi-Fi Direct).
- Tap on the 3 horizontal lines on the top left corner.

- Tap on Support and then Submit Logs.
- Wait until the message "All logs have been successfully submitted!" before leaving the page.
