You can organize your exams by adding tags to your exams. This feature is only available in Clarius Cloud.
Creating Tags
You can create tags in the institution settings or directly in an exam.
To create tags in the Institution Settings:
Note: You must be an admin within your institution to make these changes.
- Sign in to the Clarius Cloud.
- Go to the Exam Tags page by clicking on Settings > System > Exam Tags in the institution menu. Click on Add Tag.
- Enter your desired tag name and click Save.
To Create Tags Directly in an Exam:
- Sign in to the Clarius Cloud.
- Select Exams and go to your desired exam. Click the pencil
icon beside the Exam Tags entry to edit tags for the exam.
- Enter your desired tag name. Click on the entry indicated by (New tag) to create your tag and add it to this exam.
Adding Tags to Exams
- Sign in to the Clarius Cloud.
- Select Exams and go to your desired exam. Click the pencil
icon beside the Exam Tags entry to edit tags for the exam.
- Enter your tag and select the corresponding entry, or click on the entry indicated by (New tag) to create a new tag and add it to the exam.
Managing Tags
Note: You must be an admin within your institution to make these changes.
- Sign in to the Clarius Cloud.
- Click on My Institution to go to your most recently viewed institution. If you are in more than one institution, you may need to switch to a different institution. Click on Settings in the institution menu.
- Click on System > Exam Tags in the sidebar menu.
- Click on Add Tag to create a new tag. For more details on adding tags, see the section Creating Tags section above.
- To edit the name of a tag, click the Edit button beside the tag. Enter the tag name and click Save. If the entered tag name already matches a tag in this institution, these tags will be automatically merged.
- You can delete a tag by clicking the Delete button.
