Once a scanner has been claimed into an institution, only users within that institution can use the scanner. The primary administrator of the Clarius Cloud can choose to release the scanner so that another individual can claim the scanner into their own institution of choosing.
- Sign in to your Clarius Cloud account.
- Click on My Institution to go to your most recently viewed institution. If you are in more than one institution, you may need to switch to a different institution. Click on Scanners.
- Select the scanner you would like to release, and click on Release (lock icon). On smaller displays, the word 'Release' may be hidden.
Once released, the scanner can now be claimed by another individual. It may take a minute or two for the change to take effect or; new user may have to log out and back in the App for the changes to take effect to start the claiming process.
