The Clarius app will display scanners that have been claimed within an institution. If a scanner is found nearby that does not belong to your institution, the app will show that it has "Found "X" scanner(s) not belonging to your institution".
Your Clarius Cloud account must be in the same institution as the scanner in order for it to appear on the app. If the scanner has already been claimed, the institution administrator must invite you to their institution before you can use the scanner. For more details on how to invite new users, please read Adding Additional Users article to provide further information.
